Video verification is an additional identity check that may be requested by our Compliance Department. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to process such request:
Note: Video verification isn’t mandatory and won’t affect your trading experience. It must be done only if requested.
Step 1: Open the Verification Page
- Log in to your Paxful account and click the dropdown next to your Profile Avatar. Then, select "Verify Me".
Step 2: Upload your video
- Read the instructions and follow them accordingly when making your video verification. Submit your file by clicking the "Upload Video" button.
A message confirming your submission will appear. Please be patient while your video verification is being processed.
