If you can’t access your account and see a message that it is locked – there are two reasons.
- To further protect our users, we have enabled Geolocation lock on User Accounts. If you log-in from any new location, you have to approve it over email to log in. If you are still unable to access your account or have not received an email with a link from Paxful, please let us know the error message or send us a screenshot so we can further check on your concern.
- If your account shows fraudulent activities, we may lock it for security purposes to prevent from any criminal action on our platform.
