I can’t access my account because it says it is locked

If you can’t access your account and see a message that it is locked – there are two reasons.

  1. To further protect our users, we have enabled Geolocation lock on User Accounts. If you log-in from any new location, you have to approve it over email to log in. If you are still unable to access your account or have not received an email with a link from Paxful, please let us know the error message or send us a screenshot so we can further check on your concern.
  2. If your account shows fraudulent activities, we may lock it for security purposes to prevent from any criminal action on our platform.
