• Are the Card Numbers Different for the Virtual and Physical Cards?

    Your virtual and physical card will have completely separate numbers, CVV codes, and expiration dates, but both will draw from your account balance.

  • How Do I Change My PIN Number?

    The default PIN for your BlockCard is printed on the mailer that came in the mail with your physical card. 

    To change your four-digit PIN number after you’ve activated your card, call the phone number on the back of your card. If you call the customer support number 1-833-316-6052 during live support hours, you can talk to a representative directly about changing your PIN number. 

    The hours for live support are: 

    Monday - Thursday: 9am - 6pm CST

    Friday - 7am - 8pm CST

    Saturday - Sunday: 10am - 6pm CST

  • What Happens if My Card is Lost or Stolen?

    If your card is lost, stolen, or compromised, please contact Customer Support immediately. You can also use the phone number on the back of your card to report your card lost or stolen. If this happens after business hours, please use the automated phone system to report the card lost to prevent any unauthorized transactions. Once your card is marked lost or stolen, it cannot be used.

  • Does BlockCard Work with Apple Pay and Google Pay?

    Yes—BlockCard is enabled for use with Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Samsung Pay. Mobile pay options can be used with either your virtual card or physical card, so you have the option to pay with crypto wherever you go, even if you don't have your card with you.

  • My Card Was Suspended Due to a Negative Balance, How Can I Get it Reactivated?

    If your account is suspended due to a negative balance, you can load funds onto your card and contact Customer Support to get it reactivated.

  • I Have a Question About Activating My Debit Card

    To activate your card, head to your debit card dashboard, click the Activate button. From there, you’ll need to enter your three-digit CVV code and expiration date (both are printed on the back of your card).

  • I Created My Account and Deposited Funds, When Will I Receive My Card?

    Once your KYC verification is complete, you can use your virtual card through your account dashboard immediately, and your physical card should arrive within 7 to 10 days.
