For your account security, you can't change your email address directly under your account settings on Paxful. You can change the email address on your account by contacting our support team.
There are certain requirements that must be met, for us to accept your request to change the email address on your account. They are as follows:
- The account must be less than seven days old.
- Wallet activity on the account should be 1500 USD or less.
- The email address requires only minor changes such as fixing typos, etc.
Warning: Requests that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected.
After you contact support and request an email change, you will be asked to verify the account ownership by answering questions, which will enable us to confirm that you are the rightful owner of the account.
